This service aims to provide users with bibliographic advice, instruction on using electronic resources, and information regarding the library's available research tools. It also offers assistance with consulting bibliographies and reference works, as well as guidance on citation styles and compiling bibliographies.

How to use the service:

visit the *Sala Istituti Biologici* (Biological Institutes Room) in person
send an email to: biblioteca.reference-rm@unicatt.it
log in to your personal iCatt page, go to the "Services and Opportunities" section, and within the "Library" box, select
"Ask the Librarian" to fill out the form and submit your request.
You will receive the response in the "Communications for You" section:
by appointment via Teams (dedicated Reference session)
Additionally, the service offers the opportunity to book a training session tailored to your needs, available in various formats.
