The Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery service of providing materials owned by our library is exclusively for libraries or documentation centers.

To submit requests, private users are therefore required to contact a library or documentation center.

Method of application

Inquiries can be sent via the online forms (in italian language only) or e-mail: biblio.ill-bs@unicatt.it.

For Nilde member libraries, the supply is in reciprocal exchange free of charge up to a gap of 2 items, after which a refund of €4.00 per excess item will be requested at the end of the year.

Refunds

The considerable increase in interlibrary loan and document delivery requests made it inevitable to introduce a lump-sum reimbursement of expenses (payable by or IFLA-Voucher), according to the following table.

Payment is made after receipt of the material. You will find all the necessary information attached to the envelope.

Shipping methods

Shipping of photocopies is usually done by e-mail in *pdf format or priority mail.  

Mailing of the interlibrary loan is by registered mail. Loaned books are available for in-room consultation only. The loan term is 20 days from the date of receipt, with a possible extension of another 15 days.
