The BiblioPoint is the central information desk for all the services provided by the Milan campus Library. It is available to users from Monday to Saturday, also by phone and email (see contacts above).

Information and services can be required at the BiblioPoint:

for UCSC USERS

authorisations for consulting the UCSC theses
paper forms for delegation to the withdrawal of the required volumes
information about all the services of the Milan campus Library

for EXTERNAL USERS

permits and membership cards to use the service of the loan and/or consultation
user ID and password for the temporary use of the University's wireless service (not available to users with a permit for 1 day)
information about all the services of the Milan campus Library

Warnings

After having completed at the BiblioPoint the registration at the Library, external users without the personal University Account (required for loans and electronic resource consultation) can activate it through the registration page.

At BiblioPoint payments must be made via Pos with credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards. Payments in cash are possible only by going to University's Ufficio Cassa e Contabilità (Via Santa Valeria 1, 2nd floor, open from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm).
